Formerly, I was a part of the leadership team at Elevation Church in North Carolina where I oversaw 23 campus locations and over 150 staff, pastored the campus pastors, and built leadership development programs.

Now, I teach, coach and develop leaders and organizations around the country.

Currently, I'm based in Winston-Salem, NC where I live with my wife Kristin and our wonderful daughters Isla and Freya.
